It is a nice hotel. I like the fact that it wasn't crazy busy. They have at least two grills outside you can use as well as one of those gas fires in a table that was nice to sit around. If there's a sectioned off smoking area with chairs. The pool although indoors, is extremely small. I am not sure if the rooms were quiet because there was really no one else around us. They have Tesla chargers up front. The breakfast was good, of course the eggs were powdered. My concerns were that for such a new hotel, the shower grout had a lot of staining. Our shower glass kept leaking on the floor. I've been down to pick up some dirty clothes and it's like underneath the bathroom counter is not really finished? The toilet paper holder requires a big twist to reach back to get. An extra hook in the bathroom would be nice. Definitely not deal breakers or anything just throwing things out there. Next door was a venue that had a sidewalk where you could walk around the retention pond so that was nice. No one ever offered to tell us the Wi-Fi password. No info in the room about the area or hotel so we had to call the front desk a couple of times to ask when the pool opens and things like that.
Hotel was great- staff was incredibly nice and friendly. We received a warm welcome upon arrival and the room was very clean. AC was a bit loud at night and the only issue but worked well so we were comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel!

The service was excellent. Our room was clean, comfortable, and spacious! We had a king bed suite. It had 2 TVs, couch, table, and large shower. No bathtub if you're looking to soak. We slept great! Conveniently located off highway.
For being a last minute booking it turned out to be a great hotel! It was clean and spacious. We got the 2 queen bedroom and it had the best shower/bathroom set up with plenty of room next to the tub. Breakfast was above average with offerings of cereal, bagels, waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits, yogurt, and milk. Did not check out the pool but had a great fitness center. Staff was super friendly!! Shout out to Ginger!! Would recommend highly if in the area!!
Nice room and friendly WEEKEND staff. Weekday staff was not close to accommodating. I would call them rude but they just didn’t bother to acknowledge us. When we checked out, they didnt even bother to come to the desk even though the woman saw us and we waved to her. Weekend staff at least told us that breakfast was closing. The chair in the room was very u comfortable and the fire alarm went off both days at 5am this is convenient to winstar but there are better places to stay.
